How do I become a member of the Rewards Program?
Simply scan the QR code on any marketing material and sign up via the Copper Mansion Rewards Program. Registration is free, and membership is valid for life.
Can I join the Rewards Program?
Yes, anyone with a valid phone number and email address can register. One account per person only.
Is there any enrollment or annual fee?
No, membership is completely free with no annual charges.
Where can I collect my membership card?
No physical card is issued. All memberships are digital. Just present your membership code or provide your registered phone number at the outlet.
I forgot my password. Can I still collect membership points?
Yes, as long as you can provide your registered phone number at the time of payment, you can still earn points. We recommend resetting your password as soon as possible to regain full access.
Can I collect points for past purchases before I joined?
No. Points can only be collected for purchases made after registration and when the digital member code or phone number is provided at payment.
Can I earn points after a transaction has been completed?
No. Points must be recorded at the time of payment. They cannot be added later, even with a receipt.
